If you're in Everett, Washington, and craving a unique twist on Mexican flavors blended into ice cream and snacks, Las Fridas is a destination worth discovering. Nestled at 2625 Colby Ave, this vibrant ice cream shop crafts a menu that beautifully bridges traditional Mexican street food with inventive dessert artistry.

Las Fridas specializes in playful, bold dishes like the famous Tostilocos and Takis Locos—crunchy tortilla chips or Takis dressed with pickled pork rinds, fresh jicama, mango, and tangy chamoy. These savory treats balance perfectly against indulgent sweets such as creamy Freisas De Crema and their standout Very Much Enjoying the Nanner Split, a fresh spin on the classic banana split that customers rave about for its decadence without overwhelming sweetness.

The drinks menu is equally refreshing, featuring authentic Mexican staples like Horchata Deluxe and housemade Aguas Frescas. The Mangonada, rich in layers of mango, lime, and tajín, offers a vibrant taste experience that guests often find shareable. For those seeking a cozy atmosphere to share these flavors, the bright and clean space at Las Fridas cultivates a welcoming vibe ideal for casual meet-ups or after-work treats.

What stands out about Las Fridas is more than just the food—it is the genuine fusion of culture and comfort. Whether you're after a crispy churro topped with strawberries and chocolate or a refreshing Italian soda, this spot offers a sensory journey that’s hard to find elsewhere in the region.

While the location may present some challenges, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food create an experience that's memorable and worth the visit. Las Fridas caters best to those who appreciate bold flavors, generous portions, and a slice of Mexican street food culture crafted into sweet and savory delights.

For anyone looking to indulge in a diverse menu that spans crunchy snacks, refreshing beverages, and indulgent ice cream treats, Las Fridas emerges as a true gem in Everett’s culinary scene.

I highly recommend this place. All the snacks and desserts are good. Every bite has flavor. I have been to many places that serve Mexican snacks but this one is my favorite. I have to let you know on some things they serve big portions on drinks and snacks. The mangonada I think like 3 people can share it. The cup is huge and the chips is for 2 people. Now be SAFE, take a friend or someone with you the location of this place is not safe. There are homeless people by the door and it’s near a vape store so many people smoking by the store.

What a unique spot! My first time really going to a Mexican dessert spot and I’m so happy that I did. It was a fun experience with lots of different types of desserts. You can’t get elsewhere. I got the Horchata dream which was more of a parfait, it was very filling and not too sweet, I think if I were to come back, I would stick with their milkshakes. Friendly service and I will come back.

If you're looking for a charming, delicious spot to satisfy your sweet tooth and catch up with a friend, Las Fridas is an absolute gem! This Mexican snack and dessert bar offers a mouthwatering variety of treats—from crispy churros and fluffy mini pancakes to creamy ice cream and refreshing strawberries and cream. The menu is packed with indulgent options that feel both nostalgic and exciting. I tried the churros topped with strawberries, ice cream, and chocolate sauce, and wow— it was incredible! The churros were perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and paired beautifully with the fresh fruit and rich chocolate drizzle. The space itself is super cute and clean, with a welcoming vibe. It’s the kind of place that feels like a hidden treasure—ideal for a casual hangout. I love supporting small businesses, and Las Fridas is definitely one worth checking out.

My best friend and I wanted a little sweet snack after our lunch date and decided we wanted to stop here. It did not disappoint. The food was made fresh right there. Prep time and cook time takes around 20 mins but so worth the wait. If you’re in the area please stop by and get some good food.

Happened upon this little snack shop and stopped in for a treat. Big selection and lots of ice cream flavors. One of our orders was one scoop of ice cream in a cup and was a bit surprised by how small their scoop was especially for the price. Ice cream flavors are unique and flavorful. Lots of other options like typical banana splits and shakes as well.
